Scope of Services. Through this Site, Remodeling Construction Jr markets and arranges Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Home Additions. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://remodelingconstructionjr.com is the property of Remodeling Construction Jr or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Remodeling Construction Jr may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Remodeling Construction Jr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Remodeling Construction Jr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Remodeling Construction Jr from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
